Physical Therapy

Our therapists use a variety of interventions, including manual techniques, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercises. We treat a variety of orthopedic conditions such as conditions that result from overuse injuries, trauma, sports-related injuries, and post-operative care. We offer treatment for neurological conditions such as stroke rehabilitation and Parkinson’s disease. We also offer vestibular rehabilitation to help individuals with complaints of dizziness and unsteadiness resulting from inner ear problems. Our women’s health program evaluates and treats pelvic floor dysfunction, weakness, and urinary incontinence.

A physical therapy evaluation is the first step in the rehabilitation process. Once the evaluation is complete, the therapist works with the patient to develop a treatment program to meet the patient’s needs. Physical therapy is aimed at helping our clients reach their goals and return to an active healthy lifestyle.

Occupational Therapy

We offer a comprehensive hand therapy program supervised by our Certified Hand Therapist. Through this program, we offer a continuum of care for pre-operative or post-operative conditions. Treatment is provided for conditions that result from overuse or from acute injury. Some common diagnoses include carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist tendonitis, arthritis, and sprains/strains. Custom thermoplastic splints are fabricated as ordered by the treating physician. Our goal
