Parish Nursing Program - Events

Coalition Board meetings scheduled for the year are from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. in room 1AB in the Conference Center of Sacred Heart Hospital unless otherwise noted:

1. September 15, 2008: Annual luncheon meeting for the members of the Coalition Board to be held at Sacred Heart Senior Living at Saucon Creek. Tours of the facility will start at 12:00 p.m. followed by food and fellowship at 12:30 p.m. Directions may be found on www.sacredheartseniorliving.com. 2. November 17, 2008

Networking meetings to be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the Conference Center of Sacred Heart Hospital unless otherwise noted:

1. October 17, 5:00 p.m. - October 18, 3:30 p.m.: Bi-annual Spiritual Retreat at Mary Immaculate Center, 300 Cherryville Road, Northampton. Tending the Holy Within II is sponsored by the Parish Nurse Coalition of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Six CEUs are available to RNs who attend the entire retreat. Cost is $50. Space is limited to 35 people. Lynn Penney, the Saturday keynote speaker, will teach "Creative Expression and Healing." Contact Deb Gilbert at 610-776-5346 with questions or for a brochure.
