What is One Call Scheduling?
One Call Scheduling manages the scheduling for studies and appointments at Sacred Heart Hospital. It is easy and convenient to use because there is only one phone number to call to schedule studies and appointments. To add convenience for patients, One Call makes it possible to coordinate scheduling for more than one study on the same day. One Call schedules approximately 5100 outpatient appointments per month and uses an enterprise wide scheduling system which is fast, secure and can interface with the hospital's HIS system.

One Call handles scheduling for the following departments and services:

• The Eye Center
• Halter Monitors
• Interventional Radiology
• Lanshe Breast Center/Mammograms
• MRI
• Nutritional Counseling
• Nuclear Medicine
• Physical Medicine

• Sacred Heart Van Transportation
• Speech and Hearing
• Ultrasound
• Women's Health Center/Dexa Scans

How to use One Call
To schedule an appointment the following information is required, the name of the patient, the ordering physician's name, the patient's social security number, phone number, reason for the appointment, and the study being scheduled. To schedule an appointment or for questions about the service the number to call is (610) 776-5180.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

There is a voice mailbox for after hours calls. All messages will be responded to the following business day. For medical emergencies, call the hospital operator at (610) 776-4500 and you will be forwarded to the appropriate hospital department.
