Sacred Heart Hospital's unique HealthCall service fulfills a special need in the community. Designed as a complete health information resource for you and your family, HealthCall provides a staff of registered nurses specially trained in critical care medicine. They're on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer any non-emergency health questions you may have.

A convenient service for on-call Doctors
HealthCall is physician-specific and follows each physician's protocol including the referring hospital they request a patient be sent to. Therefore, although HealthCall is a Sacred Heart Hospital owned service, we currently provide answering and triage services to nearly 40 practices and more than 100 physicians affiliated with, but not limited to, Sacred Heart Hospital, Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, St. Luke's Hospital, Grandview Hospital and Blue Mountain Health Network (formerly Gnaden Huetten and Palmerton Hospitals).
