The patient account representatives in Sacred Heart’s Patient Account Office, a division of the Business Office, are experienced, knowledgeable, and ready to help all patients obtain the financial assistance they may need to cover medically necessary treatments or procedures.
Whether you have health insurance, have partial health insurance coverage, or have no health insurance, our patient account representatives will work with you to apply for Medical Assistance as well as arrange payment plans.
Health Insurance Coverage
We accept most health insurance plans; however, patients should contact their health insurance provider to confirm that Sacred Heart HealthCare System is within their health insurance plan network. If you are still unsure if your health insurance plan is accepted for either inpatient or outpatient care, please call the Patient Account Office at 610-776-4566 to confirm coverage.
