Sacred Heart HealthCare System Welcomes Renee Acconciamessa, MBA
Sacred Heart HealthCare System is honored to welcome Renee Acconciamessa, MBA as the Director of Physician Practices.
Ms. Acconciamessa has 20+ years of practice management experience and extensive operational and management skills from Mercy Health System and University Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Her experience includes: the management of multiple medical practices, the development and implementation of various medical programs and services, increased productivity efficiencies, and the supervision of recruitment. In addition, she was an integral part of NextGen electronic medical record implementation and ensured that the policies, procedures, contracts and practices were in compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards.
Ms. Acconciamessa earned her MBA from Eastern College, St. Davids, Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cabrini College, Radnor, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Acconciamessa’s key responsibilities at Sacred Heart HealthCare System include, coordinating the recruitment and training for physician practice staff, providing supervision to the managers in the physician practice, monitoring the daily operations of the physician practice, attending hospital meetings for the purpose of keeping staff, patients and facility abreast of policies, procedures and benefits, coordinating monthly staff meetings, assisting with Physician Billing in regard to patient information and insurance information, as needed, and assisting with development and implementation of strategic plans for growth in the physician practices.
