1st thing about 3 weeks ago i was in the store buying some food and a random lady behind me in line goes girl you are looking so sexy these days. i continue to put my things on the belt, and she now motions that she was talking to me, i said thanks, and by the puzzled look on my face she said i have seen you around work and noticed you were shrinking. Still have no clue who she is and where i work there are at least 3,000 people employed, But it made my day

2nd, Had a pair of pants in my closet a friend gave me a while ago thought they were a size 14 i tried them and they fit took them off looked at the tag they were a 12! I was so happy.

3rd, i'm close to 5 months and i feel like i have had no issues other then one day i ate a little to much crab cake. Sometimes i feel like i am eatting to much and other days i feel like i'm not eating enough. I keep my proteins between 60-100 a day it just depends on what i see. Now i guess down to the question, they make greek yogurt dips and i recently bought one and started using that in my tuna instead of Mayo, because of the added protein, are they really that healthy for you?

Kthinrichs, It is a pleasure to be on the receiving end of compliments pertaining to our appaearance, especially if we have been struggling with weight issues our entire lives.  I bet that compliment made your day!  And size 12 pants.  Awesome job!!!

I think the yogurt dip is better nutritiously for us than mayonnaise.  Maybe our dietitician, Lisa Close, can chime in on this topic.
