Today is my first time posting in the Late Post Surgical section.  I figured I would post some good news! Weighed in this morning and I hit my original goal weight of 220.  That is down 144 pounds from the 364 I started at.  That is also down 100 pounds from my surgery in November.  21 more pounds to my secondary goal of 199. I am running and hiking now.  I did 175 push ups 2 days ago and 370 sit-ups.  This surgery has been nothing short of miraculous in changing and saving my life.
