My boyfriend was interested in hearing about these.  The topic even sparked his curiosity.  He walks everyday without excuses.  I am the same way.  I do 5 miles each day with a combination of walking and running even when illness strikes.  I also counterbalance that with an occasional zumba class, weight lifting, calisthenics, dance, or yoga in addition to my daily 5.  It is interesting to see the body developing muscles everywhere:  abdomen, arms, lower legs, neck and shoulder area.  Cool

Many of the exercises are good to keep our body remain fit, but people must follow atleast some of them.

When the temperatures were in the 100s in the southwest, I found myself only hiking and not running/jogging.  I was making up excuses that it is too hot to run each day in AZ, NM, CO and UT.    I need to be accountable so I am coming clean here on the forum.   Is that excuse on the list of 100???  That it is too hot to run...   Just wondering... Excuses!
