So these past few weeks I've been feeling hungrier then ever! 
Is this normal?! 
I feel like I may be eating too much. 
Headaches often. 
I love soup and usual eat soup all the time but I have my slip ups. 
Eating yucky foods. 
I can eat about 1cup and a half.  Not sure If that's too much to be eating at this point. 
Any advice is welcome!! 
Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks is also appreciated. 

I want to get back on track and really not have my slip ups anymore but I need a bit more help.

You are about 7 months post op; therefore, I believe your food intake should be about 1/2 cup of food.  If you are eating 1 1/2 cups, you will stretch your stomach and defeat the purpose of this great surgery due to noncompliance of the rules. 

You should not be eating soup because soup does not fill you up; it goes right through you and it is considered a "slider food".

Eat 1/2 cup of food total consisting mostly of protein like a piece of chicken breast or shrimp.  Protein will fill you up and you will not be hungry.

Headaches often may be a sign of dehydration.  Drink 10 glasses of water and follow the 30-60 rule.

Nadia is correct...

At maintanence & for the rest of your life, you really shouldn't be eating more than a cup and a 1/4 at a time; so I would say, at your stage, a full cup & a half is way too much. 

Also, the soup is considered a slider and should be cautioned against.  Sometimes people fall  back to what feels comfortable rather than what's best.  I know, eating mainly lean protein, may may you feel full quicker, but that's the point.  Protein stays in your pouch longer which helps you to not overeat.  Measure your food & eat slowly and stop when you are full.

The headaches may be from many different things; including the fact that it's hot & humid & muggy outside.  Really strive for the required 64 oz of non-carbonated, low-calorie beverages...

Megs is right about the headaches, most likely, they could be from this heat and humidity.  Also, headaches can be the result of hormones, body pain, tension in your life or inadequate hydration.

I rarely eat soup cuz it takes up valuable space without getting the protein I need. Still having hair loss but it has lessened a bit. Still have bouts of nausea from time to time. My problem is I want to stop losing weight. I feel I don't eat enough & get full rather quickly. I am 10 months out.
