A few days ago I purchased a periwinkle colored 10 pound kettleball at Walmart for strength training.  It came with instructions for 10 exercises using the kettleball.  Kettleballs come in various weight denominations and colors: 5 lb., 10 lb., 15 lb., 20 lb., etc.  Anyway, I did several exercises using my kettleball in addition to my regular daily walking and running regimen, and I must say that I truly appreciate this novel form of exercise to strengthen my muscles.
