No, I never had that.

Can you drink warm flavored water with Mio or Crystal Lite?

If you are having difficulty keeping fluids down and have the possibility of becoming dehydrated, perhaos you shoud call the office and talk with the bariatric staff.

Chris, I am also about 3 weeks (1/9) but my problem wasn't stomach cramps so much as feeling very nauseous and sick to my stomach. Dr. Holland prescribed anti-nausea meds and I did much better but I needed to drink everything cold and could not drink anything at room temp.

Sorry you are having that issue. I know how I felt feeling sick to my stomach.

Feel better...
Marcey

thanks everyone for the response. Maybe calling the office would be a good thing. I'm still not able to drink anything without the pain. Chris

Chris, it is a good idea to check with the office if this persists. I'm 16 mos out and going through some of those same symptoms. And no matter if you're just out or out a while, stomach cramps still suck! Doze

Chris,  I am 6 weeks out. I have always liked my drinks ice cold and can no longer tolerate them like that. I can do mildly cold. From the 'frig and sitting out for a little. I am still having issues with getting all the water in like they say. I just keep trying the best I can. I also have used pills for nausea that helped. I still get a little queasy after meals sometimes.
