Happy New Year, Everyone!

I decided to make my New Year's Resolution to get back to eating correctly and try to re-lose some of this weight.  I got a good kickstart with a little illness I had this past Friday and Saturday--nothing major, but enough to affect my appetite and get me started on eating better.  I'm going to simply try to eat the better things that I should be eating and cutting out the stuff that is bad for me.

I was just thinking that another good thing that this surgery did for me was curing one problem I used to have that drinking just about anythign on an empty stomach made me nauseous.  Thankfully, that problem was gone after the surgery.  Smile

Happy 2012!
