Hey everyone!  I have encountered a cookie recipe almost bariatric friendly Smile  I made some revisions so here it is!

1 c Gluten free Bisquick mix
1 Egg (I used egg beaters)
1 sm pack of fat free/sugar free pudding mix - Any flavor (  I used pistachio )
1/4 Vegetable Oil or Substitute of your choice  ( I used apple sauce )

Mix up, make little balls, and flatten out a bit.  I topped mine with 2 chocolate chips and 2 peanut butter chips.

Bake at 350 for about 11 minutes

NOT TO BE EATEN ON A DAILY BASIS LOL!  JUST BECAUSE ITS A LITTLE BETTER THAN A REGULAR COOKIE DOESN'T MEAN ITS OKAY!

Hope everyone enjoys it!   Happy Holidays everyone!

Nikki

Thanks Nikki.  Once in a while, it is okay.  Or to bring to a Christmas party.
