All of the staff involved with Sacred Heart Bariatrics Program has given me the greatest gift of all this year... the start of a healthier, happier life.  So far, since my surgery on July 27th, I have had many small victories that remind me how much better things are getting as the pounds come off... elimination of 2 out of 3 blood pressure pills /wearing clothes from 3 winters ago that did not fit the past 2 winters /moving snow & ice without getting exhausted /standing for 4 hours at a time without feeling like a bus hit me /and many others as well.  I just want the staff to know how much their help and support is appreciated not just at this time of the year but all year long. On behalf of the support group - thanks again for everything you do for us and please know that we appreciate you very much!  May God bless you and yours this Christmas Season...
