Weightloss Surgery Daily Inspirations for December 24, 2008

Remember what is important.

In the final days of rushing around before the holiday, it's easy to get crazy. Not only do you want to make everything special for your family, you also want to do things for your friends. You may feel obligated to do things for other people in your life as well, like your child's teachers or a business partner.

This is the time to ask: What really matters? If you could reflect on your life the way Scrooge was able to do in "A Christmas Carol," what would you want to see happening?

Action for the day: The holidays can be a crazy time. Focus on what really matters today.

"Keep on Keepin'''''''' On.."
One day at a time, one moment at a time, keep getting up when we fall and trying to move one foot forward... even if it seems we are not going anywhere.... this journey is sure not for the faint of heart or those who have "give-up-itiveness" but we must all have "stic-to-itiveness"
