Processed Foods are Questionable

I just want to share that I normally consume organic foods and seldom eat at restaurants because I prefer to control my portion sizes and eat homemade nutritious meals without added sodium, MSG, fats, oils, sugars or chemicals that restaurants normally use.  Anyway, yesterday, I made the mistake of eating HEALTHY CHOICE turkey breast slices and educed fat provolone cheese for lunch and dinner because I was at a 34 year highschool reunion with some friends and that was the food available to me and I thought that I was making a "healthy choice."  WRONG!

There is so much sodium in processed turkey breast and provolone cheese, even in Healthy Choice brand that made me very sick yesterday and today.  I got a very bad headache that would not go away.   Tylenol would not help.  I flushed out my system with waterloading and it is beginning to make me cleansed and to feel better.

Everyone has a choice about what food they put into their bodies, and I just want to share that processed food made me sick.

I choose to eat for health the rest of my life and will not make that mistake again.

Convenience is not always better.   You decide for yourselves.

I can share this observation.  I don't know what's in these packaged, processed foods, but the list of ingredients doesn't tell me why I feel so uncomfortable after trying them.  Ditto regarding restaurant food.  If I get a salmon filet from the Giant and steam it myself or grill it, it goes don't fine, but if I get it in the restaurant it really makes me feel bloated.
