Banana Protein Pudding

I made this to celebrate my one year anniversary.

1/2 banana.

1 cup water or 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup non-fat milk.

1 packet Knox Unflavored Gelatine.

1 scoop Pure Protein whey protein, vanilla flavor.

[Optional: 1 tbsp. no cal sweetner, e.g., Truvia, Sweet 'n Low, etc.]

Slice the banana into thin slices, and line the bottom of a bowl with them.  Make sure the bowl has a smooth inner surface.

Combine the other ingredients and mix well, preferably in a blender (I use my Magic Bullet).  Then heat in the micro-wave or on the stove for one or two minutes, without allowing it to bowl over.  Pour it gently into the bowl over the bananas, then refridgerate for at least three hours.

After its hardened, run a knife gently along the inside of the bowl to loosen the pudding, then invert over a plate.
