Low-cal Banana Pancakes.

I typically have an egg every moning, but am running out of ways to prepare it.  Here's something a friend posted on Facebook, and I tried it this morning.  Before surgery, I used to love pancakes, and this satisfied my craving.

One egg.

One half of a banana.

Fat free milk.

Mush the banana, and scramble into the egg.  Add a table spoon of milk.  Mix well (I use my Magic Bullet) and pour into a pan with cooking spray.  As simple as that.

Variation One: Use the whole banana, and add one table spoon of four (if you're at the point you're adding some carbs to your diet).

Variation Two: Use the whole banana, and one or two table spoons of vanilla whey protein instead of the flour (I use Pure Protien).

Variation Three: Any of the above, but substitute blue berries for the banana.

Mmmm... Father Michael, Thanks for sharing this pancake recipe.  I have not had pancakes for 3 1/2 years.  Thinking about it made me crave it.  This recipe is bariatric friendly!  I am going to make the variation #2 with Chike vanilla or Chike banana flavored whey protein.
