I must be nuts, but I am going running with PARC at 7:30 a.m. this morning at the Mill in Stroudsburg.  The temperatures are in the 20s!

Okay, okay, I did it!  The temp was 26 when I started.  I ran 3.10 miles and walked the rest.  I did not even feel the cold because I was running and my body heat kept me warm.  I loved every minute of it!!!  Yes, I am nuts.

Hello Guys i think that nuts is a fruit composed of a difficult shell and a plant seeds, where the hard-shelled fruits does not open to release the plant seeds. So in a cooking perspective,a wide range of dried plant seeds are often called almonds,in a organic perspective, only ones that include the indehiscent fruits are considered true almonds. Thanks a lot!

There are different definitions of the words "nuts".  As you said, it could be a food.  I used it to mean "crazy"!
