Losing too much weight...

Ok so this is the worse of our problems yeah.  Well, as it says, I'm worried now about losing too much weight.  I started at 253 and wanted to get down to 140 and I would be happy at that weight.  I was on a plateau for a while and wondered if I would ever get to the 140 but finally did and then continued.  I'm not emaciated but I am now 137 and worried that if I lose too much more I will begin to look sickly thin.  I have not changed the way I eat or what I eat.

I keep sugars and fats to a minimum and don't really want to add them back in simply due to the fact that I was hooked on them before I'm that type of personality and would rather not add them back into my food choices.

Is my body doing this on its own at this point? Should I be worried about losing too much weight?  I'm not there yet but I would like to know if there is something that I should be doing that I'm not.

I follow the 30/60 pouch rules, I don't have anything high in sugar or fats for each meal. I don't graze, I don't eat more than I am able to at any one meal and if I have a snack it is factored into my daily meals.  I don't eat more than 4 meals a day (the 4th being a snack).

I am not quite a year out. I am 45 weeks out (today).

Congratulations!  You are doing great.  You are still going through the honeymoon phase of weight loss, but eventually, the weight loss stops.  (For some as early as 9 months and some up to 14 months from what I remember hearing at support groups.)    It may be wise to schedule an appointment with the dietitian for the maintenance diet if you do not want to lose anymore weight.  She can calculate and tell you how many calories to consume to maintain the weight loss.
