 Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

6 oz Almond milk

1/3 cup pure canned pumpkin

1 small banana or 1/2 medium/large banana

Crushed ice

Pumpkin Pie spice to taste

Blen to desired consistency

(27 g Protein)

Just wondering if you could either tell me how to find out the nutrition info or if you could put it up. I don't know how to find out this information if I make something so I'm not sure how to figure it out but if anyone can tell me then I will know... that whole feed a man or each him thing going on with me so ... well now I'm rambling.

Anyway if anyone can show me that would be great.
