Pumpkin protein bars recipe at Support Group

I give a thumbs up to the pumpkin-flax-oatmeal protein bar recipe which we received at support group on October 12th.

I baked them today.  Instead of rolling them  into 12 flat bars, I decided to place the mixture of ingredients into a muffin baking dish that yields 12 muffins.  That worked better for me.  The recipe was easy to follow and is very healthful.  Thank you for it, Lisa and staff.

Nadia- Did you see there is a Spark people cookbook?  I made the recipe for the slowcooker chicken with salsa-it was really good!
