New Year's Tip
Make a list. Not just a New Year's list of resolutions but a List for Life. Think of the things you want to accomplish during your weight loss and write them down. It can be as simple as being able to climb the stadium steps to attend a football game or complex as wanting to climb a mountain. Don't forget to celebrate and share with us when you are able to accomplish those goals. With your committment, that day is in your future.
