Gathering with friends & family members during the holidays creates lasting joy & memories.  BUT with so many parties, celebrations and errands to run, it can be hard to keep up with a healthy lifestyle

Tip #13 - Start a new tradition.  Focus on fun activities instead of FOOD!  Take a walk to see the neighborhood decorations, sing some holiday carols, see a play or volunteer to help those in need.
