Gathering with friends & family members during the holidays creates lasting joy & memories.  BUT with so many parties, celebrations and errands to run, it can be hard to keep up with a healthy lifestyle

Healthier Holiday Tip #11 - Stay positive.  Everyone makes mistakes, so there will be times when even the most disciplined person makes a bad food choice or skips a workout.  They key is to get back on track and remain positive - this is half the battle.
