Gathering with friends & family members during the holidays creates lasting joy & memories.  BUT with so many parties, celebrations and errands to run, it can be hard to keep up with a healthy lifestyle

Tip #10  - Enjoy a pre-party protein snack.  If you are famished, you're more likely to devour too much of the wrong things.
