Gathering with friends & family members during the holidays creates lasting joy & memories.  BUT with so many parties, celebrations and errands to run, it can be hard to keep up with a healthy lifestyle

Tip #9 - When attending a party, bring a healthy, low-cal dish to share.  This way, you'll have at least one healthy option when you are there.
